Make your baby your first tast and try not to worry about everything else.

Ask for help you are not a machine so you cant do it on your own ask partner if he is around or your mam and dad or friends and if they can help ask your midwife it will help to put think in perspective
ALWAYS ACCEPT HELP
I know its your baby and you want to do it but let people help

Sleep whenever your baby allows you to.

Keep a good suppy of nulmtious snacks in which you can eat without cooking for when you dont have time.

Remember this can be a hard time for you and you partner but it well get better
